A maximum of two pets are allowed, subject to breed restrictions. There’s a pet rent of $30 per pet per month, along with a one-time non-refundable fee of $400 per pet for pets weighing up to 40 pounds and $500 per pet for pets weighing 41 to 80 pounds.
