Every one of our apartment homes includes a washer and dryer, spacious closets, and a charming sunroom off the living room area. 

Lexington Park’s 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments are in northern Little Rock, about a 15-minute drive from downtown. Near our Little Rock apartment community, you’ll find everything you’ll need daily, from local restaurants, like Casa Mexicana, to family-friendly attractions, like The Wonder Place. There are also several highly rated schools in the area so you can find the right fit for any student.

Dogs and cats are permitted with breed restrictions and subject to management approval, with a maximum of two pets allowed per home. Each pet must not exceed 40 pounds, with a non-refundable fee of $400 per pet and a monthly rent of $25 per pet.
