Frequently Asked Questions About Apartment Living at Watercress Apartments
Every person who applies will need to pay a nonrefundable application fee. This fee helps cover the cost of running background and credit checks, which we require before we approve your move-in. You will also pay an administrative fee, which we can refund you if you cancel your application within 24 hours or if it’s denied.
You can pay your rent each month through our online resident portal using ACH, a credit card, or a debit card. You can also use flex. to split your rent into smaller payments during the month, which can make it easier to stay on track.
We welcome cats and dogs, with a maximum of two pets per apartment home. Keep in mind that breed restrictions apply. Each pet incurs $30 monthly pet rent, plus a one-time nonrefundable pet fee.
