Our community’s pet policy allows for a maximum of two pets per household, subject to certain breed restrictions to ensure the well-being and safety of all residents. Each pet is required to be under a maximum weight limit of 40 pounds. For the privilege of having your pet in our community, there is a pet rent of $25 charged monthly for each pet. Additionally, a non-refundable deposit of $400 is required for each pet to cover potential damages.
