Each floor plan at our Oklahoma City apartment community is thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, offering a variety of amenities. A bright, airy living and dining area greets you as you come home each day—the ideal spot for cushy couches and a bistro table with chairs. The in-home washer and dryer, included in every floor plan, simplifies laundry days. We offer 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom with a den, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom floor plans with 500 to 1,010 sq. ft.

Located near the peaceful Beacon Hills neighborhood, Council Place Apartments in Oklahoma City is conveniently located near dining, shopping, and entertainment venues. Our town is home to several major employers, including the headquarters for Paycom and INTEGRIS Health’s corporate offices. These are well within reach, with easy access to Northwest Expressway and the John Kilpatrick Turnpike from your apartment home. Also nearby are several elementary, middle, and high schools, and just a few miles away, Bluff Creek Park offers hiking and biking paths and covered pavilions where you can enjoy fresh air.

A maximum of two pets are allowed, with certain breed restrictions in place for dogs and cats. Pets must not exceed a maximum weight of 40 pounds, with a pet rent of $25 per pet per month and a one-time non-refundable fee of $500 per pet.
