Our floor plans offer 930 to 1,210 sq. ft. of room, spacious closets, and open-concept living. Natural light floods through the wide windows in our apartment homes, giving your space an airy, bright feeling.

You’ll find Cross Timber’s 2- and 3-bedroom apartments south of downtown Oklahoma City in the desirable Lakeridge Run neighborhood. OKC’s bright lights and premier attractions are well within reach of our ideal location, yet your apartment home serves as a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the metro. When you want to get out of your apartment, dine at one of the nearby restaurants or indulge in a little retail therapy by visiting one of the various nearby retailers.

Residents are limited to a maximum of two pets, subject to breed restrictions and management approval. Additionally, there’s a pet rent of $30 per pet per month and a one-time non-refundable fee of $500 per pet.
