At Waters Edge Apartments, residents are permitted to have a maximum of two pets, with certain breed restrictions in effect. Each pet incurs a monthly pet rent of $30. For pets weighing up to 40 pounds, there is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $400 per pet. Pets weighing between 41 and 80 pounds are subject to a $500 non-refundable fee per pet.
