Our ideal position keeps our community within arm’s reach of Highway 169 but with just enough distance so that road noise is not an issue. Our pet policy allows a maximum of two pets allowed per household and is subject to have breed restrictions applied. Pet rent is $30 per pet per month along with a one-time $500 per pet up to 80 pounds. This one-time fee is non-refundable.
