Whether you’re running errands, grabbing dinner with friends, or heading to a night out on the town, the neighborhood has everything you need. The next time you’re in the mood for a little retail therapy, take the quick five-minute drive to Woodland Hills Mall, where you’ll find nearly 150 stores. When you’re hungry and don’t want to cook, try one of the several restaurants nearby.

Our pet policy is designed with the well-being of our community in mind, requiring all pets to gain approval from management before joining our community. We welcome up to two pets per residence, provided they do not exceed a maximum weight of 40 pounds. For the comfort and maintenance of our community, we also require a pet rent of $25 per pet each month. Additionally, a non-refundable fee of $400 per pet is necessary as a deposit.
