Make yourself at home in one of our four-floor plans, with thoughtful designs ranging from 730 sq. ft. to 1,300 sq. ft. Several of our apartment layouts include an optional wood-burning fireplace, allowing you to create a cozy and peaceful atmosphere.

We’re located in south Tulsa, southwest of Woodland Hills Mall and north of Tulsa Community College’s Southeast Campus. Our Tulsa apartments are surrounded by schools, restaurants, shopping, and attractions, making it easy to find what you need nearby. When you’re looking for something to do on a Friday night or weekend, take the quick five-minute drive to Cinemark Tulsa and IMAX and sit back in a reclining lounger while watching the latest film.

We allow a maximum of two pets per household, although breed restrictions are in place. For each pet, a monthly pet rent of $25 is required. Additionally, a non-refundable deposit is needed, which is $400 for pets up to 40 pounds and $500 for those up to 80 pounds. It’s important to note that service animals are exempt from these conditions, as they are not considered pets under our policy, meaning no pet fees or rent will be charged for them.
