Sheridan Pond offers eight unique Tulsa apartment floor plans for 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments. Regardless of your lifestyle, we have a floor plan to suit you. The apartments range from 600 to 1,500 sq. ft. and feature spacious closets and well-lit, open living areas.

Our vibrant Tulsa community offers a plethora of amenities for daily living. From delightful local dining spots to picturesque parks, residents can easily access everything they need. The Sheridan Pond neighborhood boasts a range of local employers, such as hospitals and universities, along with schools within the Union Public Schools district, providing convenient options for work and education.

The pet policy at Sheridan Pond Apartments allows for up to two pets per household with a maximum weight of 40 pounds per pet. Certain breed restrictions do apply. There is also a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet along with a one-time $500 fee per pet. This one-time fee is not refundable.
