Our pet policy welcomes up to two pets per household, with a weight limit of up to 80 pounds per pet. There is a monthly pet rent of $30 for each pet. Additionally, a non-refundable fee is required for each pet, with the amount depending on the pet’s weight: $400 for pets up to 40 pounds and $500 for pets up to 80 pounds.
