We offer cozy 1-bedroom apartments and spacious 2-bedroom apartments, all featuring luxury amenities like large closets, a private balcony, and upgraded fixtures.

Our pet policy allows for up to two pets with cats and dogs allowed within breed restrictions. Along with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet, there is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee which goes by the following standards:

1 to 25 pounds: $400 non-refundable fee per pet
26 to 40 pounds: $500 non-refundable fee per pet
41 to 80 pounds: $600 non-refundable fee per pet
