The Patriot offers eight distinctive floor plans, allowing you to choose a 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, or 3-bedroom apartment. With our wide range of options, you’ll have no trouble finding a good fit for your lifestyle. Apartment homes range from 660 to over 1,000 sq. ft., and every floor plan features large closets and a bright, airy living space.

When you live in our El Paso community, you’ll find everything you need nearby for day-to-day life, from charming local restaurants to gorgeous parks. Our apartments near Fort Bliss are ideal for military service members and their families. Want to spend time in the great outdoors? Head to Franklin Mountain State Park nearby, where you’ll find over 24,000 acres of land ripe with hiking, biking, climbing, and sightseeing opportunities.

Our pet-friendly policy welcomes both dogs and cats, with a limit of two pets per residence. We do have breed restrictions in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all our residents. The non-refundable pet deposit varies depending on the weight of your pet: $400 for pets weighing 1-25 pounds, $500 for those between 26-40 pounds, and $600 for pets ranging from 41-80 pounds. Additionally, a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet is required to accommodate your furry friends comfortably.
