Near our El Paso apartments, you will find restaurants, schools, shops, parks, and just about anything else you need in your day-to-day life. Thanks to our proximity to I-10, you’ll enjoy a simple commute to work or school.

We welcome both dogs and cats within our community, adhering to a two-pet limit per household. However, it’s important to note that we do have certain breed restrictions in place. The non-refundable deposit for your pets varies depending on their weight, with $400 for those ranging from 1-25 pounds, $500 for pets weighing 26-40 pounds, and $600 for the larger pets between 41-80 pounds. Additionally, there is a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet to ensure all our furry residents are comfortable and well-cared for.
