At The Crest Apartments, we welcome your furry friends with a pet policy designed to accommodate your needs. Residents are permitted to have up to two pets, with a maximum weight limit of 80 pounds per pet. To ensure the comfort and well-being of all our residents, a monthly pet rent of $30 is required for each pet. Additionally, a non-refundable deposit is necessary for each pet, amounting to $400 for pets up to 40 pounds and $500 for those up to 80 pounds. It’s important to note that service animals are not classified as pets at The Crest Apartments, and therefore, no pet fees or rent will be charged for them.
